At naturi. we take pride in producing high-quality handmade garments. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. eligibility for returns.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• The item has no signs of wear or damage after delivery
• The return request is approved prior to sending the item back
​
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

2. exchanges.
​
We accept exchanges in the following cases:
​
• Incorrect size
• Manufacturing defect or damage
• Incorrect item received
​
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
​
If the exchange is due to a defect or incorrect item, naturi. will cover the return shipping cost.
If the exchange is due to sizing, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

3. refunds.
​
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
​
• The item is confirmed defective and cannot be replaced
• The incorrect item was received and cannot be exchanged
​
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

4. non-returnable items.
​
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
​
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned without prior approval

5. defective or damaged items.
​
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
